GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Invoices are sent on the day the order is shipped. All invoices not paid thirty (30) days from the invoice date are considered past due. You may take a 1% discount on your order (excluding freight) if you pay the invoice within ten (10) days from the invoice date.

2. A service charge of 2% per month will be added to all amounts billed if not paid by the date due. A minimum charge of $25.00 may be applied to any order. All pricing is FOB Alliance Ohio 44601.

3. No additional credit will be extended to past due accounts unless satisfactory arrangements are made with our credit department.

4. Keener Rubber makes NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY as to the fitness of purpose and assumes NO LIABILITY for any use of the product.
